Job Description
We are recruiting a full-time Sales Support and Technical Expert to join Planktonic. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer support and troubleshooting assistance for clients utilizing live feed products. Your duties will involve working with new customers, overseeing CryoPlankton protocol development projects within their operations, and documenting the associated benefits. A key objective will be to contribute to the creation of a new first feeding protocol centered around CryoPlankton. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, assessing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication with clients.

About the Role

We are offering a full-time position for a Sales Support and Technical Expert. In this role, you will provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance for clients using our live feed products. This includes working with new customers, following up on CryoPlankton protocol development projects within their operations, and documenting the benefits. Ultimately, you will help create a new first feeding protocol based on CryoPlankton. Your daily responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, analyzing customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
Your area of activity will cover Europe and the Middle East, with occasional trips to East Asia and Central America.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will have a keen understanding of customer needs and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and good communication and interpersonal skills and an effective team player who thinks positively and is eager to achieve results. Experience in marine fish hatchery operations, with a good command of the English language, and additional language skills are an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years experience on marine fish hatchery operations is a must

• Ability to travel and stay away from home for few days when follow a project and work flexible hours during those periods.
