Job Description

We are working very closely with a long-standing, leading player in genetics and early nutrition for shrimp aquaculture. They are looking to expand the U.S. branch by bringing in an HR individual that has a passion and capacity in all areas of human resources. 

 

About The Role

The HR Generalist to lead all core function of in country HR dept which include managing of management for SSB recruitment, training, general staff social welfare, compensation and benefit, foreign worker, payroll, industrial and employee relation, and maintenance of HR system and records.
Generalist, HR should be able to handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • plan and manage on staff recruitment process.
  • plan and manage on employee training.
  • plan and manage on general staff social welfare, compensation and benefit.
  • plan and manage on foreign worker welfare.
  • plan and manage on payroll and statutory processing.
  • manage on industrial and employee relation matters.
  • plan and manage on maintenance of HR system and records.
  • manage overall HR in country budget and direction.
  • plan and manage on relevant administrative matters and arrangement.
  • manage on Government agencies liaison to ensure adherence and compliance.
  • manage in implementation and maintenance of HR procedures and policies, rules and regulations compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy.
  • perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Associate Director, HR

 

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum of Degree or Diploma of Business Management/HR or any related field.
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience as HR Generalist.
Good command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English.)
Good computer literacy and experience with MS office applications.
Exceptional negotiations and communications skills.
Well versed in local employment/Labour law.
High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative.
Idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
