About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Seafood Sales Manager to join a great team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food service sales, specifically within the seafood industry, and possess a hunter mindset. This role requires a professional who is in touch with chefs and has the ability to create and manage a book of business in the Dade, Broward, South Palm, and Boca Raton markets. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with food service accounts, including chefs, restaurants, hotels, and other key clients. 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated markets. 

Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. 

Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities. 

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. 

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business contacts and promote the company’s offerings. 


Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the seafood industry. 

Proven track record of success in food service sales, with strong connections to chefs and food service accounts. 

In-depth knowledge of the Dade, Broward, South Palm, and Boca Raton markets. 

Strong hunter mindset with the drive and determination to generate new business. 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
