We seek a driven sales professional, committed to elevating Captain Fresh as the market leader. As the German market lead, you will shape the GTM strategy, including customer targeting, product strategy, team management, and more. Hands-on involvement is essential. You'll spearhead discussions with key market stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in achieving company goals.

About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious sales person, eager to grow and to position Captain Fresh as number one in its market. As responsible for the German market you will define the GTM strategy: target customers, demand-driven product strategy, target definition, team, etc. but we also expect a hands-on attitude. You will lead the discussions with the main players in the market and will be key in contributing business to achieve the company's objectives.

Drive sales growth by defining and executing strategies. Identify market opportunities and acquire new customers actively. Cultivate and expand customer relationships based on trust to enhance satisfaction. Implement necessary resources and actions to meet objectives. Monitor portfolio profitability, providing regular reporting and KPIs. Ensure supply chain quality and customer follow-up for sustained excellence.

As the Sales Manager for Germany, your background in the fish and seafood industry equips you to thrive in this environment. You prioritize performance while upholding CF quality standards. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial as part of a scaling company, allowing you to navigate uncertainties effectively. Given Germany as your territory, extensive travel is necessary to capitalize on business opportunities. Your hands-on mentality and proactive "doer" approach drive success in this role.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in the German fish and seafood industry, showcasing adept problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams is crucial. Strong organizational skills enable efficient management of multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring success in this dynamic environment.
