About Our Client
We are Landing Aquaculture. An engineering and consultancy company focused on land-based intensive fish-farming. Developed from aquacultural engineers to technical experts and consultants who focus on the creative part of engineering. Landing’s flagship service is fish-farming engineering.
Landing designs fish-farms, manages expectations and performs feasibility studies. We are the innovators, inventors, the translators between development and implementation. Furthermore, we also solve practical problems for existing farms through redesign & management improvements.

There is a lot of turmoil in the sector. We want to be trustworthy and want to achieve this by transparent engineering and doing things properly. With us, there’s no “cowboys” focused on sales, but instead openness and accountability.
About The Role
You will have responsibilities to identifies and follow industry and market trends, same time to engages and interacts with Landing’s main clients and partners. It is vital that you will work with sales and marketing to balance the offer of Landing’s products and services based on the goals of the business. and work with R&D manager identifying and developing EU project proposals.
Review and improves on Landing’s sales plan with a focus on commercial aquaculture projects that are technically challenging. You will also engage and executes sales to meet the organization's targets.
The Ideal Candidate
As and ideal candidate you will be sales – oriented with exposure to aquaculture and to international markets. Team player, transparent, disciplined, humble yet confident, with a passion for discipline and wanting to work to high standards of quality will definitely set you apart. Also you must be curious and passion to help fish farmers succeed in their business. English and at least another European language is a must and Norwegian is a plus.
