Expanding for several years in the Aquaculture sector, our client is developing its activity in shellfish farming and more particularly in the production and commercialisation of clams.
To support the expansion of its aquaculture activity and meet the demands of its multiple customers, the company is looking for a talented and experienced Foreshore and Sea Process Manager. Responsible for the technical support to Foreshore and Sea production.
You will be in charge of the drafting of breeding protocols in accordance with the standards and parameters previously within the production team. As such, you will be responsible for the application of internal breeding standards, process control, the collection of data production (Data Management), and therefore performance analysis.
We are looking for a candidate from agri-food or aquaculture training (level Bac + 2 to 5), having significant experience (minimum three years) in aquaculture production. Experience in the production of bivalves is an advantage. You will need to demonstrate an excellent analytical and synthesis capacity. Meticulousness and organisation skills will be essential assets.
You will have to master all the office tools (excel) as well as know-how to handle the language English operationally.
The coastal boat license is required, and the diving license (CMAS or PADI) would be appreciated.
